    Directions

    珊瑚蚌爽口弹牙,带海水鲜味。由于珊瑚蚌并无胆固醇同脂肪,所以非常健康。

    Step 1

    开一锅沸水,加入少许糖,下虾川汤好,捞出沥干水份备用。Blanch prawns with some sugar in boiling water, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    接着,把珊瑚蚌也下水快速烫一烫,捞出沥干水份备用。Blanch coral mussel in hot water for a while till roll up, quickly drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    蜜豆也下锅中煮一煮,以去除青味,捞出沥干水份备用。热锅,下一汤匙油,把蜜豆炒熟上碟。接着倒入蒜茸、姜片和红萝卜片爆香。Heat oil in wok, saute honey peas for a while, toss in chopped garlic, ginger and carrot, fry well.

    Step 4

    加入虾和珊瑚蚌,拌炒一下。再以XO酱调味拌匀即可盛在蜜豆上。Add in prawns and coral mussel, fry well. Add in XO sauce and seasoning, stir well and arrange on top of honey peas, done.
